Homemade Epis

The Green Sauce Epis is a blend of peppers, garlic, and herbs that is used as a flavor base for many foods in Haitian cuisine. Some refer to it as a sofrito sauce. It is essential for Haitian cuisine. 

This item can come in two ways: 

• Wet - All spices blended and used as a wet base prior to cooking. 
• Dry seasoning (all vegetables have been dehydrated and turned into a powder season to add to your dish.
